Our venue will offer cloakroom facilities at the Customer Service desk located at the Main Entrance. Space is limited, but your Event Planner can arrange a dedicated cloakroom for your event if needed.
A Customer Service Desk, complete with cloaking facilities, will be situated at the Main Entrance. Operating hours will vary depending on event requirements.
A fully equipped first aid room will be available on the Ground Floor for any medical needs.
We’ll have a multi-faith room with washing facilities on Level 1, providing a quiet space for reflection and prayer.
Our parent's room, located on Level 1, will include a microwave, baby change tables, breastfeeding pods, an enclosed toddler play area, and toilets.
Our venue will include a fully accessible changing place with a changing table, hoist, shower facilities, and essential amenities to provide comfort and convenience for visitors.
A dedicated sensory room will be available to offer a calming and supportive space for those who may need a quiet retreat during events.
