Plan your deliveries ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival onsite.

To be accepted, all event deliveries must:

Be delivered by a courier or freight forwarder
Be received onsite by an exhibitor or stand representative. We’re unable to sign for or store goods on your behalf
Include the correct delivery label, provided by your event organiser

Loading Dock Access

Please access the Nyaal Banyul loading dock via 25 Smythe Street, Geelong. Get Directions

Loading dock access is managed by our logistics team, with staff available to receive deliveries between 7am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Items delivered outside these times cannot be accepted or stored.

A 30-minute parking limit applies during bump in and bump out for all drop-offs and collections. Vehicles and their contents remain the responsibility of the owner.

All vehicles must check in at the loading dock office on arrival. If unattended, use the intercom to speak with security.

For safety reasons, children under 15 and animals are not permitted in the loading dock area.

Delivery Label
All inbound freight must include a completed delivery label attached to each item.
This ensures your goods can be identified and received efficiently onsite.

All outbound freight must include a completed pick-up label attached to each item.
To support a smooth pack down, all goods must be collected by 12pm the next working day.
