Ticketing for Your Event
Guide the Arrival
If your event is ticketed, the experience begins before your guests take their seat. Getting the details right early helps people arrive, find their way and move through entry with ease. Here you’ll find what to include on your tickets, where ticketing is required and how to plan with confidence.
The Essentials
All tickets require venue approval before printing or distribution. Provide a sample to your Event Planner for sign-off.
Each ticketed event must have an onsite box office or with a dedicated team member to manage ticketing enquiries and resolve issues during the event.
Box offices should be positioned before any bag checks or security screening.
A dedicated WiFi connection is required for box office operations. Complimentary WiFi is not suitable.
Ensure all seating references and maps align with venue naming conventions. Refer to our floor plans and space capacity guide for correct terminology.
