As operators of the future Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre, we Acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Djilang (Geelong), the Wadawurrung people of the Kulin Nation. We pay respects to their Elders past and present, and thank them for gifting the centre its name, returning language to Country. Meaning ‘open your eyes to the hills’, once open, Nyaal Banyul will encourage visitors to the centre to look deeply and appreciate the landscapes and history of Wadawurrung Country.

Bookings are now open for Geelong's newest event venue from July 2026 and beyond.

Every dish we create threads a story of flavour, tradition, and the powerful connections that bring people together.

Guided by the seasons, our menu highlights the fresh ingredients right at our doorstep, enriched with hints of Indigenous flavours.

We work hand in hand with farmers, sourcing produce as vibrant as the landscape it comes from - carrying the essence of Geelong and The Bellarine, full of life and deeply connected to this place.
