Bring Your Event to Geelong with Funding
Nyaal Banyul is Victoria’s newest event destination, opening on the Geelong waterfront this July. With funding support of up to $120 per delegate and up to $60,000 per event, it makes it easier to bring your event to Geelong. A setting designed for connection, with space, energy and a sense of place that stays with your delegates.

Subvention funding is now available to support event organisers planning conferences, conventions, and corporate events at Nyaal Banyul.
This funding is delivered as discounted services, making it easier to host events that leave a lasting impact.
Eligible association and corporate events can receive:
$100 per delegate for single-year conferences
$120 per delegate for multi-year partnerships
Capped at $60,000 per event
Funding is applied as a discount to your final pre-event invoice. Final amounts are assessed on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
Eligibility at a Glance
To be considered, your event must:
Be a corporate or association meeting, conference, convention, or trade exhibition
Run for at least 2 days (including daily delegate catering)
Have a minimum of 250 in-person delegates (virtual attendance not included)
Have at least 30% of delegates attending from outside Victoria
Be held between 1 July 2026 and 30 June 2030
